When you support Indiana Metal Decor, you are supporting small business. You are fostering the American Dream for families like ours. I am Stephanie and I own Indiana Metal Decor, we take pride in being an SBA certified Woman-Own Small Business. I run the business with the help of my husband Nathan below. A lot of time and love has gone into growing this business as we started it during a very busy time in our lives.
We have five beautiful children; three boys and two girls. They are rockstars and remind us daily why we get up and go to work. They are the biggest blessings God has ever shown us and we praise him everyday for each of them.
What really matters:
Besides selling the highest quality of signs at affordable prices, what really matters in our business is our faith. Without God and the mercies he has shown us, we could never have accomplished any of goals. Our hope is that by doing business in a different way, we can shed the love of Christ on the world.
Family is huge to our company. Both our biological family and the family that we choose. Our work family are the real MVPs in this story. Without their hard work and dedication, none of this would be possible. There have been so many people who have believed in and supported us along the way and to those individuals we are forever grateful.
Women in business:
Being a 100% woman-owned small business, it is important to demonstrate to our youth that anything is possible with hard work and determination. Our hope is that one day, our daughters will be everything we are and more.
