Shipping Timeline:
Our goal here at IN Metal Decor is to provide you with the best shipping experience possible. We take pride in the quality of work that we produce and expect nothing less from our shipping.
There are two main factors that come into play during your delivery time:
Production Time
Each of our signs is designed by our in-house design team and then cut from 16GA sheet steel using our state of the art fiber laser.
Step 1: Once we receive your order, our design team will work to make sure your customized text fits perfectly within your design.
Step 2: After design finalization, your sign will be cut out of all American Made steel and then polished to make sure all the edges are smooth. Once polished, your sign will be powder coated for ensure superior durability in both interior and exterior conditions.
Step 3: After powder coat, your sign will be carefully wrapped and packaged for safe transit to your delivery location.
Our goal is to turn order around as quickly as possible. The typical production time is 3-15 days.
Shipping TIme
Shipping time is the time it takes for your product to be shipped from our facility in Hope, Indiana to your delivery address.
Domestic Orders
Orders ship via UPS Ground Service. Typical transit times are between 2-5 days. Shipping cost varies depending upon the product shipped and the shipping distance. Orders over $100 ship free.
International Orders
At this point in time we are only shipping to the 50 US States and District of Columbia, however we are working to provide shipping globally.
Tracking
A tracking order will be emailed or text to you once your order has shipped. If you do not receive your order within two weeks, please reach out to us via the contact form on our website.
